Conversation was as follows:

Me “your T4 count came back extremely low and it looks like your blood test is positive for Aids. It has progressed from HIV to aids. Do you have any idea who you may have contracted this disease from?”

Patient: “how the hell would I know, I don’t share my crack pipe with no one! I don’t share that shit!”

Me: “well generally it is passed via blood products or sexual intercourse. Have any of your sexual partners been infected that you are aware of?”

Patient: ” I said I dont share my fucking crack pipe with no one!”
