i have been feeling ok these past few days so i decided to go back to the gym. MISTAKE.
i should have checked the schedule before i went. today was a choice of a tabata or “Michael.” yeah. no. i picked the tabata since i wouldn’t have to scale it so much it would no longer be the workout. i won’t even tell you my score because that is how terrible it was. but it was nice to get out and be there. i miss it. and i really miss the people.
and as our tradition i always try to do a pullup before i leave. and as always i couldn’t. that is my one goal before i kick the bucket. i want to do a pullup. just one.
i will now sleep until thursday.
Can you bottle up that motivation and send some my way..i have no motivation to go to they gym
